We launched our podcast “…in 10 minutes with Symphonise Consulting” last year with the intention to post episodes frequently. We are pleased to present episode three: IT Service Management in 10 minutes.
Each episode is under 10 minutes long, and in this episode Etienne Shardlow, our senior IT Service Management consultant and lead trainer for ISO/IEC 20000 and FitSM, introduces us to the topic of IT Service Management. He takes a look at what ITSM is, how it adds value, and takes a brief look at some of the frameworks and standards that support efficent IT service delivery.
