This remarkable achievement further solidifies the company’s position as a leader in IT Service Management training and consulting.
This new accolade is a second first for Symphonise Consulting, who was also the first ATO in South Africa to offer the APMG accredited ISO/IEC 27001 Auditor qualification.
FitSM is a lightweight IT service management framework that provides best practice guidelines for implementing and improving IT service management. It was developed in Germany and released in 2012 by the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF). FitSM is considered more flexible and agile than other frameworks like ITIL, focusing on just the essential elements needed for effective IT service management. It contains core guides around service delivery, service design, service transition and service control & improvement. FitSM helps organizations implement just enough process and structure to achieve IT service quality without excessive bureaucracy. Its lightweight nature makes it easier for companies to adopt incrementally. Overall, FitSM provides a practical approach to ITSM tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.
