Scrum Master
Deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment.
Scrum is a lightweight project management framework that helps people, teams and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems.
Scrum encourages teams to learn through experiences, self-organise while working on a problem, and reflect on their success and shortcomings to improve continuously.
Certification courses addressing the principles and theory underpinning the Scrum framework are available for both Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
A Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum – as defined in The Scrum Guide – by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.
The Scrum Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of products and solutions developed by the Scrum Team.
This training and certification is based on The Scrum Guide. Developed by Scrum creators Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, it contains the definition of Scrum, consisting of Scrum accountabilities, events, artifacts, and the rules that bind them together.
In this course you will learn about the accountabilities of the Scrum Master and the Scrum Team, enabling the adoption of the Scrum framework for more effective product and solution development.
The Agile Business Consortium Scrum Master course is designed for:
