This course is delivered online as a virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course.
About the COBIT®5 exam:
The Foundation is exam is a 40-minute exam comprising 50 multiple choice questions for 1 mark each. You must obtain at least 25 of the 50 marks available to pass (ie 50%). The exam is closed book.
In the COBIT®5 Implementation course, you will learn to apply COBIT 5 to a range of business challenges and scenarios within your organization.
Note: This course and exam has an entry requirement of a COBIT®5 Foundation Certificate.
The COBIT®5 Implementation course is for:
- Consultants.
- IT practitioners.
- Business managers.
The COBIT®5 Implementation course covers:
- How to analyse the enterprise drivers.
- Assessing current process capability.
- Applying implementation challenges.
- Scoping and planning improvements.
This course is delivered online as a virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course.
About the COBIT®5 Implementation exam:
The COBIT®5 Implementation exam is a 2 ½ hour exam. This restricted open book exam allows the use of the ‘COBIT 5 Implementation’ book and ‘COBIT 5 Enabling Processes Guide’ only. The exam uses objective testing and comprises 4 questions of 20 available marks each. The pass mark is 40 of the available 80 marks (ie 50%).
In the COBIT®5 Assessor course, you will learn how to assess implementation activities and drive value to the business.
Note: This course and exam has an entry requirement of a COBIT®5 Foundation Certificate.
The COBIT®5 Assessor course is for:
- Internal and external auditors.
- IT auditors.
- Consultants
The COBIT®5 Assessor course covers:
- How to perform a process assessment and how to analyze the results to provide a clear determination of process capability.
- How these results can be used for process improvement, measuring the achievement of current or projected business goals, benchmarking, consistent reporting and organizational compliance ultimately driving value to the business.
- How to identify and assess the roles and responsibilities in the process capability assessment process.
About the COBIT®5 Assessor exam:
The COBIT®5 Assessor exam is a 2 ½ hour exam. This restricted open book exam allows the use of the ‘COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5’ and ‘COBIT Process Assessment Model’ only. The exam uses objective testing and comprises 8 questions of 10 available marks each. The pass mark is 40 of the available 80 marks (ie 50%).
